EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL is compliant with all health, safety, labor, and environmental laws and regulations in Canada.
2. Paying a Living Wage
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL compensates all employees, whether on a full-time or part-time basis, a base wage greater than the minimum wage per local regulations. You simply cannot LIVE on minimum wage & so we pay a LIVING WAGE.
3. Policy against exploitation
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL understands that the protection of the right of its employees is both an individual and organizational responsibility. Therefore EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL has procedures in place against commercial exploitation or abuse of women, children, and ethnic minorities.
4. Protection of community interests
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL ensures that its activities do not jeopardize the provision of basic services to neighboring communities.
5. Protecting historic artifacts and threatened species
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL understands that preservation of cultural and ecological identity supports the continued diversification of its offering. Therefore EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL has procedures in place that ensures historic and archeological artifacts or products harvested from or made from threatened or endangered species are not sold, traded, or displayed, except as permitted by law.
6. Group size policy
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL believes that preservation of its natural resources is a fundamental value to the organization. Therefore EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL has procedures to ensure group sizes are in compliance with existing local or national regulations and visitor policies for visits to managed marine and or terrestrial areas.
7. Accessibility to all
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL understands that individuals have access needs that include hearing and visual impairments, use of wheelchair or push chairs, lack of mobility from age, or other disability. Therefore EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL provides accessible vehicles, facilities, and/or excursions that are accessible to clients with special needs to the furthest extent possible.
8. Purchasing Policy
EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL gives preference to products and services that have been produced with respect for people and environment, seeks to conserve energy, utilize re-usable, recycled materials where available and possible, responsibly manage waste and those who have implemented a sustainability policy.

10. Commitment To Sustainability
Experiential Travel is committed to Sustainability as per our objectives listed above & not limited to. Furthermore, we use our participation in the TRAVELIFE Program to ensure that we uphold principles set forth in the baseline criteria, promoting our values and beliefs in sustainability, to other businesses, tours, excursions, and guests we interact with.

Initiate an analysis of the TOURISM PRODUCTION VALUE CHAIN & a search for guidelines that could be recommended for tourism based on the PRINCIPLES OF FAIRNESS & SOCIAL JUSTICE among the actors whose contributions ARE NECESSARY for such production.
